Ads not showing up

Hello Admin,
I am purchasing ads and I am not receiving an email or seeing them on the site. So I feel like I am paying for something I am not getting. I originally joined because you were cashing out in money not ads. I have no problem purchasing ads but I am not seeing them. I get on the site all different times of the day and still nothing. Please advise!
